As the sun sets over Piedmont Park Pool, immerse yourself in a guided meditation and soothing sound bath designed to help you release, renew, and realign under the glow of the new moon. Together, we’ll welcome a fresh cycle with intention, serenity, and sisterhood.
Before the experience, enjoy a light refreshments pool side as you connect with the ladies before setting off on your floating journey!

What to Bring: Comfortable attire suitable for gentle movement or relaxation. An eyemask or eyecovering, and a blanket.
Parking Info: Use the Monroe Drive entrance to the Piedmont Park deck. Rates: 0–30 Min: Free | 31 Min–1 Hr: $3 | Each additional 30 Min: $2 | Max rate: $30.
