Finding Calm

A Kabbalistic Approach to Anxiety: An evening of wine, cheese, & Jewish wisdom
with Rabbi Mordechai Dinerman

Join us for an evening of wine, cheese, and Jewish wisdom with Rabbi Mordechai Dinerman, co-director of curriculum at the Rohr Jewish Learning Institute (JLI).

We’ll start the evening at 7:00 PM with wine and cheese, followed by a special lecture at 7:30 PM exploring:

Finding Calm: A Kabbalistic Approach to Anxiety

Anxiety is part of being human—but Jewish mysticism offers a different way to understand the anxious mind. Drawing on Kabbalistic wisdom, Rabbi Dinerman will explore how we can move beyond fear, find greater calm, and develop a deeper perspective on the things that weigh on us.

Curious about JLI? This evening is also a chance to get a taste of what JLI is all about.
